Do you offer any warranties and where can I see proof of that?

How do I get started with a project?

Visit the Contact Us page to reach out and schedule a free consultation. We will go over the specifics of your project during a consultation and then provide you with a free estimate of what the project(s) will cost. From there, we will write up a contract and get the project started.

What options do you have for payments?

We accept checks, cash, or electronic payments through Google Wallet. We do not provide financing at this time.

Can you show me buildable plans and drawings?

Yes, at the home owners expense, we can provide buildable plans. We have a couple of trusted architects that can provide all necessary documents needed to obtain permits.

Do we need a permit for this job?

This varies from project to project. We are happy to give you further guidance on this question once we have visited your home and understand the full scope of the project.

Will I be able to change things after the project has started?

Absolutely, change orders are very common during the construction process. The earlier you identify the design changes, the better. We will then provide you with a quote for the desired changes and proceed forward with the project.

How often will you communicate with us while the job is in progress?

We stay in close communication with our clients throughout the duration of your project. Updates on the project will be given a few times a week and we will communicate with you more often as necessary.

How can we ensure the safety of our children, pets, and belongings while you are working on our home?

The safety of your family is of great importance to us. It is strongly advised that young children and pets not enter the work zone, especially unsupervised. While working, it is not always feasible to keep doors and gates closed for animals and children, so please be vigilant. The homeowner is responsible for removing or protecting all personal property, in and near the work area. If the homeowner enters the work area, they must use appropriate footwear and caution.

How will we accommodate your entry to our house while we are at work or away from home?

We will come to a mutual agreement with you, the homeowner, on how to allow access for our work. This will vary from client to client. We will discuss options before the project is started and can adjust throughout the duration of the project(s). We do our best to accommodate the needs and schedules of your household.

Will you provide debris removal and clean up?

Yes, the construction process can be messy, but we make a genuine effort to keep the work site swept clean at all times. We will remove all construction debris at the end of the project.

If I have some general ideas of what I want done, but need advice on how to narrow it down and make the best selections, can you help me with that?

Yes, when we meet for a free consultation, we will discuss all the available options and assist you in choosing the best ones for your specific needs. With more complex projects, we advise that you hire an architect. For your convenience, we can provide you with contact information to a few great architects that we have worked with before.
